These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the 388won platform ("388won", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://388won.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of the 388won website, mobile interface, software, games, sports-betting facilities, live casino, promotions and all related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, carry the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 388won, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's licensing conditions. 388won reserves the right to require age verification at any time.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying your own legal position.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of 388won or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of such a person, without prior written authorisation.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed by 388won for any violation of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 388won or a linked responsible-gambling scheme.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening or operating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited regardless of whether different email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers are used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 388won reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate balances.

388won operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal, when certain deposit thresholds are reached, at any time 388won deems necessary, or where required by applicable regulatory obligations.

Typical documents that may be requested include: a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and a selfie or liveness check. For large transactions, source-of-funds documentation may also be required.

Deposits to your 388won Account must be made using payment methods available in the cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are subject to change. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed and approved).
• All active wagering requirements attached to any bonus in your Account must be fulfilled.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no active security review, fraud investigation or bonus-abuse inquiry.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold for the selected payment method.
• The withdrawal must be processed to a payment method registered in your own name.

Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. 388won reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal. No guaranteed payout timelines are stated. Users should contact support for status updates on pending withdrawals.

388won offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms published on the relevant offer page. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

All bets and gaming activity on 388won are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or game type. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Bet Acceptance: 388won reserves the right to refuse, limit, void or reverse any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error, pricing error or suspicious activity is identified.
• Cricket & Sports Markets: Markets on PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and other events are governed by the specific sport rules published on the Platform. References to these competitions are for context only; 388won has no affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any participating team.
• Live/In-Play Bets: In-play bets are accepted subject to network availability. 388won is not responsible for delays in live data that may affect in-play betting decisions.
• Void Bets: Where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where a market is settled in error, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type. These are published in the Platform's sports rules documentation.
• Minimum Bet: Minimum stake values apply per market and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

388won is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools available to all registered Users, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity. It is not a method of generating income and carries the risk of financial loss. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 388won Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, funds confiscated and activity referred to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one Account.
• Registering on behalf of, or allowing access by, any person under the age of 18 (or the applicable higher minimum age).
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without prior written consent.
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or engaging in any activity intended to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without first raising the matter with 388won support.
• Systematic bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

388won reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• These Terms have been breached.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity is identified or reasonably suspected.
• KYC requirements have not been satisfied within a reasonable timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder.
• A court order, regulatory instruction or law-enforcement directive is received.
• The Account has been inactive for a period specified in the Platform's dormant account policy.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User via a verified payment method following completion of any outstanding security review, provided no confiscation grounds exist. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that has not satisfied wagering requirements will not be returned.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388won and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by technical failures, maintenance, internet outages or force majeure events.
• Loss or corruption of data caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of 388won.
• Decisions made by Users in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or editorial content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

All content on the 388won Platform — including but not limited to the 388won name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, software code, game interfaces, text and promotional materials — is the property of 388won or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 388won.

388won reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a notification displayed on the Platform or sent to the email address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates the version currently in force.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable licence. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights a User may hold under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. 388won makes no representation that the Services are appropriate, lawful or available for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
